Terms of Service
The complete End User License Agreement (EULA) is presented during software installation. By purchasing a license or using the Software, you agree to the following terms. The full EULA text is available within the Software installer.
1. License
DeskManager is licensed, not sold. A valid license token is required. Each license permits installation on the number of devices specified in your plan (Monthly: 1, Quarterly: 2, Yearly: 3). Redistribution, sublicensing, or sharing of the license token is prohibited.
2. Access Credentials
The Software generates unique credentials (MCP URL and Access Key) that grant full remote access to your computer. You are strictly prohibited from sharing these credentials with anyone. You are solely responsible for all actions performed through your credentials, regardless of who performs them.
WARNING: Anyone with your URL and Access Key has complete, unrestricted access to your computer — files, applications, browser data, system settings, and everything else. Treat these credentials like banking passwords.
3. Permitted Use
You may only install the Software on computers you own or have explicit authorization to manage. You must not use the Software to access any system without the owner's consent. Unauthorized access to computer systems is a criminal offense under Italian law (Art. 615-ter c.p.), punishable by imprisonment.
4. Data and Privacy
The Software does not collect or transmit your personal files or data. Only license validation data (token, device ID, version) is communicated with our server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. License tokens are delivered by email immediately after purchase. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, sharing of credentials, unauthorized use, or illegal activities conducted through the Software.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty. The Developer's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Developer is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised or shared credentials.
8. Termination
Your license may be terminated immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and cease all use.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Rome, Italy.
